Executive Director


Chet Olson Executive DirectorChet brings a variety of excellent leadership and clinical experience to Robbie’s Place. For the past 12 years he has been a leader within senior living communities in the Metro-West and Central Massachusetts areas. As an Executive Director in two previous communities he has helped create warm, comfortable and supportive living settings. In his prior roles, he has built collaborative relationships with professionals who partner in providing the best service to residents who have mental health needs.

He also has experience within residentially based communities that support residents with mental health and wellness objectives.  And, for over 12 years, he has volunteered on the Massachusetts Assisted Living Association to improve the quality of senior living residences.


Heather O’Connor, L.P.N.
Resident Service Director


Heather O'ConnorHeather has devoted herself to psychiatric geriatric nursing.  Her patience, clinical background and breadth of experience specifically with the geriatric psychiatric population have placed her in a unique position to administer and create individualized care plans and programs with confidence.  She enjoys “interacting and having fun with the residents while helping them to achieve their highest level of functioning.”

Pam Silverio
Activities Director


Pam has over ten years of excellent experience as an Activities Director as well as Case Manager experience. She has worked with the Bay Path Elder Services as a Case Manager and with two MetroWest skilled nursing facilities as an Activity Director. She has also been a monthly volunteer at the Marlborough Senior Center.

A favorite quote of Pam’s is: “We are all meant to shine as children do. It’s not just in some, it is in everyone”. Pam works to encourage the abilities, talents, and potential of each resident of Robbie’s Place. Through participation in meaningful activities, Pam seeks to engage residents in ways that address intellectual, physical, creative, spiritual and emotional capabilities and needs. And, these contribute to helping residents reach their maximum level of wellness.


Kim Sieurin RN, BS
Founder/President and CEO

Kim SieurinKim is a Registered Nurse who entered the health care field with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing.  She worked for many years at St. Vincent’s Hospital in the Coronary Care Unit.  Wanting to hold onto the “people” part of her profession but also explore the business side, she worked for a major pharmaceutical company as well as an assisted living facility.  When she opened Care Solutions in 1996 in a small office in Westborough, Massachusetts, Kim was able to fulfill her ultimate dream of providing quality, friendly home care services. Since then, the company has grown to include subsidiaries that provide private duty care, certified home care, and assisted living services.   The staff at Care Solutions truly reflects Kim’s commitment to caring as best reflected in her personal favorite quote seen above: “Don’t waste time today worrying about what could happen tomorrow”

Jennifer Mastromatteo
Vice President of Finance

Jennifer MastromatteoAfter graduating from college, Jennifer served as a coordinator for the Meals on Wheels Program in Worcester.  When she joined The Team in 1998, her original role was Assistant to the Fiscal Director. She has vastly expanded her abilities to include administrative duties and the supervision of the financial departments of our companies. 

Jennifer has masterfully managed the on-call services.  We take great pride in Jennifer’s role as the “human voice” at the other end of the phone on holidays and after hours. Jennifer's attention to responding to the expediency of the situation and her sensitivity to the callers set her apart.
